Uyiko Norohashi

Uyiko Norohashi (かすかべ書店店長 Kasukabe shoten tenchō) (63 years old), Miss Nasty in the Vitello and Phuuz dubs, is the owner of the Kasukabe Bookstore.

Her father was also a bookseller, but since he was too good he let everyone read for free in his bookstore, so the business finally went broke.
