Toshiyuki Morikawa (森川 智之, January 26, 1967) is a Japanese voice actor, narrator and singer from Shinagawa, Tokyo. He has voiced dozens of anime and videogame characters since 1992 when he started his dubbing career. He replaced Keiji Fujiwara in 2016 as the voice actor for Hiroshi Nohara in the Crayon Shin-chan series.
His first episode as Hiroshi was episode 906A from 26th August, 2016. Since then, he has been the official voice of Hiroshi in all movies and episodes, participating in the re-dubbing of old episodes together with Yumiko Kobayashi, as two of the major characters of the series had changed the actor that voiced them.
