Keiji Fujiwara (藤原 啓治, October 5, 1964 - April 12, 2020) was a Japanese voice actor, actor, narrator and sound director from Tokyo. Despite dubbing a great quantity of characters in several movies, series and anime, he is best known for being the voice actor of Hiroshi Nohara in the Crayon Shin-Chan series and movies. He even make a guest star appearance and cameo in the Crayon Shin Chan original manga First appearance: Volume 18, page 60 A popular actor who appears in the TV drama "Uneven Snake Strawberries." He is secretly dating the transvestite Angela Koume. He only appear 5 episodes.
Keiji Fujiwara is also the singer of a parody folk song that is usually played in the series, the Blues of North Saitama (埼玉北部のブルース). A specially hilarious moment takes place in episode 440c (父ちゃんの保育参観日だゾ), when Hiroshi goes to the kindergarten and the kids dance it with their parents. All of them agree that Hiroshi and the singer of that song have the same voice, which in reality it was in fact true, causing a really funny scene.
He stepped away from the series in 2016 due to health reasons (his last dubbed episode was 906) being replaced by Toshiyuki Morikawa (森川 智之) as Hiroshi's voice. Fujiwara passed away from cancer on April 12, 2020, at the age of 55, when he was tributed by many artists and the general public as one of the most recognizable voices in Japanese anime.

He is often named in the series as a celebrity, and he is supposed to be really handsome as girls, specially Misae, really want to meet him. She is able to meet him in one occasion, when he was going to film a movie near Kasukabe.

In Episode 301-1 Flying a kite is difficult たこ上げはむずかしいゾ an elderly couple are watching the television that mentions Keiji Fujiwara are filming to get the with the chimpanzee who is love at first sight and it cause a bit uproar over a love triangle with the much rumoured Angela Koume while Shin-Chan is run through the couple's house trying to fly his kite.
