Shinobu Sakai lives in the Futaba building (フタバビル Futababiru). It appeared for the first time in episode 10a when Shin-chan was at her balcony in front of the window. She has a female 40-45 year old neighbor who looked out the window in one episode believing that Shin-chan is Shinobu's son.
